Refund policy

KindCreatives Service Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide exceptional service. Because our services require dedicated time and resources, we adhere to the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds. 

1. Cancellation Window & Fees
We understand that plans change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least [24/48] hours before your scheduled service. 
  • Timely Cancellation: No charge. Any prepaid fees will be [fully refunded/credited to your account].
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than [X] hours in advance will incur a fee of [% or $ amount] to cover lost scheduling.
  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled service without notice will result in [a full charge / forfeiture of deposit]. 

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for services already performed are generally not provided. However, you may request a partial or full refund if: 
  • Non-Delivery: The service was not performed as described in our agreement.
  • Service Failure: We failed to meet specific, pre-agreed performance metrics (SLA).
  • Technical Error: You were overcharged or billed in error. 

3. Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional)
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within [3–7] days. We will prioritize a [complimentary follow-up session / revision] to make it right before considering a refund. 

4. Non-Refundable Items 
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
  • Deposits: [Non-refundable booking deposits] used to secure your time slot.
  • Administrative Fees: Any [setup or processing fees] incurred at the start of the project.
  • Completed Milestones: For long-term projects, fees for completed and approved milestones are final.
